Property Description

Overview: To call these apartments studios is misleading as they are actually larger than most one bedroom apartments. For families, interconnecting studios are available. In each studio there is a kitchenette which is adequately equipped with a microwave, fridge and hob. Each apartment has two twin beds and an additional sofa bed. The studios all have a full family bathroom and a breakfast bar dining area. The rooms are equipped with a pay-per-view TV and safes and hairdryers can also be rented. Cots are supplied free of charge for infants under 2 years old. Each apartment has patio doors leading to a balcony which overlooks the pool.

Amenities: The apartment complex has a large swimming pool and sunbathing area where there is also a pool bar which is open all day for drinks and snacks. The complex has an onsite reception, laundry room and offers FREE WiFi in public areas. For guests with hire cars there is ample parking just outside the apartments. The closest beach is less than a 2 minute stroll from the apartments and the windsurfing beach at Las Cucharas is a 5 minute walk away. There is a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep of the apartment complex.

Services: TTowels and bedding are provided and the apartments are cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. Clients staying longer than a week receive a change of towels and bedding. Normal check out time is midday but luggage storage is available.

Airport Transfers or Car Hire: Airport transfers are included in the package. Car hire is not essential but we can arrange it on your behalf should you wish to have the flexibility to explore the island. See all Car hire prices. There is a bus service from Costa Teguise to the capital city of Arrecife and also to the fishing village of Caleta de Famara. There are also local companies in Costa Teguise offering excursions to other parts of the island. There is no direct bus service from the airport to Costa Teguise.
